Shipping policy

Processing times

Ready works: Orders for in-stock finished artworks are usually dispatched within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Made-to-order works: Production is usually completed within 4–6 weeks after order confirmation. Timing may vary if a specific natural specimen or material is temporarily unavailable; the studio will contact the customer if this affects the expected schedule.

Pre-dispatch confirmation

Before dispatch, Arbor Lumen will provide photographs and/or a video of the exact finished artwork. Dispatch takes place after the customer confirms that the artwork matches the agreed order.

Shipping within Australia

Standard shipping is A$11 for orders under A$100 and free for orders of A$100 or more. Express shipping is A$15. Available services, final charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and begin after dispatch. Carrier delays outside the studio's control may occasionally occur.

Packaging and tracking

Each artwork is carefully packed, labelled and documented before shipment. Tracking details are provided when the order is dispatched where the selected service supports tracking.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact the studio as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. An address cannot be changed after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Damage in transit

If an artwork arrives damaged, contact Arbor Lumen as soon as possible through the Contact page. Include the order number and clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label, artwork and damage. Keep all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

International shipping

Online checkout is currently available for delivery within Australia. Contact the studio before ordering if you require delivery to another country.
